HIKMICRO Australia
Hunt The Night is an authorised Australian HIKMICRO dealer, stocking the complete HIKMICRO thermal and digital night-vision range — backed by Hikvision's sensor heritage and built for Australian hunting, pest control and property protection.
HIKMICRO has become one of the most trusted thermal brands in Australia because it covers every price point and every job: ultra-compact pocket monoculars for scouting, 640×512 rifle scopes for serious feral work, 4K digital night vision for those who prefer a daylight-style image, and fusion binoculars that overlay thermal on night vision. Whatever you're hunting and whatever your budget, there's a HIKMICRO built for it.
Every unit we sell is genuine Australian stock with full manufacturer warranty, expert pre-sale advice, and fast nationwide shipping. Browse by series below, or talk to our team about the right HIKMICRO for your setup.
A note on the numbers: a thermal's reach comes mainly from its objective lens (focal length and aperture) working with the sensor's resolution and pixel pitch — not from "sensor size" alone. At a given lens a 640 sensor gives a wider field of view and more situational awareness, while a 384 shows a narrower, more magnified view. And while NETD (thermal sensitivity) matters in poor contrast, image-processing software has just as much influence on the final picture.

HIKMICRO Thermal Monoculars
Condor 2.0 — premium spotting monoculars
The top of HIKMICRO's handheld range. Falcon 2.0 — all-round 640 monoculars

HIKMICRO Australia — FAQ
Is Hunt The Night an authorised HIKMICRO dealer in Australia?
Yes. We sell genuine Australian HIKMICRO stock with full manufacturer warranty.
What's the difference between HIKMICRO thermal and the Alpex 4K?
Thermal (Stellar, Panther, Condor, Falcon, Lynx) detects heat and works in total darkness with no light at all. The Alpex 4K is digital night vision — it produces a daylight-style image and uses an IR illuminator in pitch-black conditions.
Which HIKMICRO scope is best for pigs, foxes or deer in Australia?
For most feral hunting, a 640×512 Stellar or Panther with a rangefinder is the sweet spot. On a tighter budget the NEOS still gives you a genuine HIKMICRO sensor.
Do HIKMICRO scopes have a laser rangefinder?
The "L" / "LRF" models do (e.g. Stellar SH35L, Panther PQ50L, Condor CQ35L). Standard models don't.
Are thermal scopes legal in Australia?
Thermal and night vision optics are legal to own. Some states restrict their use for hunting on public or state land — check your state's regulations.
