Layby / Partial Payments

Hunt The Night / Pakenham Outdoors Layby Terms and Conditions.

Effective February 2025

1. Deposit Requirement: A 20% Non-refundable deposit is required on all Layby orders.
2. Exclusions: All products that are on sale and first guns are excluded from Layby arrangements.
3. Payment Period: The full balance of your Layby must be paid off within 60 days from the date the Layby is set up.
4. Failure to Complete Payment: If the full payment is not made by the end of the 60-day period, and no prior arrangements or contact have been made with store management, the following will apply:

○      The 20% deposit will be forfeited.

○      The remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.

○      The Layby order will be cancelled.
