The view starts at this unit's own magnification. The further away the animal, and the wider the field of view, the less detail the sensor picks up, until you can tell something warm is there but not what it is. Zooming in makes it bigger, not sharper.

Digital zoom crops the sensor image and enlarges what is left. It adds no detail, so each step makes the picture bigger but softer.

A 384 × 288 thermal monocular in a light, pocket-friendly body, with an electronic compass so you can call out where something is.
The M419 steps up to a 384 × 288 sensor with a 19 mm lens, and it's rated for detection out to 1,000 m. The built-in electronic compass is handy when you're showing someone where an animal is, and Wi-Fi connects it to the phone app. It records to 16 GB of internal storage and is IP67 rated, so a bit of weather won't stop you.
Best for general scanning and property work. If you want a wider storage allowance or a longer lens, the Mile 3 range is the next step up.

Return Eligibility:
● Returns: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase or delivery for store credit or an exchange for another product, except for the exclusions listed below.

Return Process:

3. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging and product tags must be present and in original condition to be eligible for return. If the item is opened or used, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Conditions are subject to staff discretion)
Return Due to Our Error:
● If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.
● In this case, you will also have the option to receive a full refund.
Refunds and Store Credit:
● For eligible returns, we offer either store credit or an exchange for another product.
● Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of staff and/or if the return is due to an error on our part (as mentioned above)

Layby Purchases
Layby Purchases must be paid off with 8 weeks or purchase. In the event that layby purchases are not paid off within 8 weeks a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any additional payments beyond the 20% restocking fee will be refunded.
Warranty Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is returned under a warranty claim and is found to have no fault, the purchaser will be responsible for all associated costs, including inspection, handling, and return postage.
