The view starts at this unit's own magnification. The further away the animal, and the wider the field of view, the less detail the sensor picks up, until you can tell something warm is there but not what it is. Zooming in makes it bigger, not sharper.

Digital zoom crops the sensor image and enlarges what is left. It adds no detail, so each step makes the picture bigger but softer.

Pixfra Draco D635 4K Thermal Binocular 850nm – Thermal, 4K Night Vision, Rangefinder and IR in One
Four tools in one binocular: thermal imaging, 4K digital night vision, a 1,000 m laser rangefinder and a detachable 850nm IR illuminator.
The thermal side runs a 640 × 512, 12 µm sensor rated ≤15 mK behind a 35 mm lens, with detection rated to 1,800 m by Pixfra.
At about 620 g with IP67 sealing, it's light enough to run one-handed.
4-in-1 Functionality
Thermal to find them, 4K night vision to see the detail, the laser to range them, and 850nm IR to light things up. One unit around your neck instead of three.
4K Digital Night Vision
Pixel-rich 4K UHD night vision gives a clear picture in low light, and improved sensitivity holds detail when there's barely any light at all.
High-Sensitivity Thermal
640 × 512 resolution and ≤15 mK NETD pick up subtle heat differences and show richer thermal detail in cluttered country.
Full HD Display
A 0.49-inch 1920 × 1080 OLED with an 18× ocular and curved interface gives a big, sharp view.
Binocular-Style Controls
A multi-function wheel and four buttons work like the zoom on a traditional binocular. Easy to drive by feel without looking.
Steady, Clear Viewing
Electronic image stabilisation and defog keep the picture steady and clear in rough weather. Menu memory drops you back where you were if you re-enter within 15 seconds.
Detachable 850nm IR Illuminator
Extra reach for the night vision channel when you need it, and it comes off when you don't.
Runtime and Power
A replaceable 18650 gives about 8 hours, with USB-C external power as a backup. Dual-band Wi-Fi connects to the Pixfra app.

Return Eligibility:

Return Process:

3. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging and product tags must be present and in original condition to be eligible for return. If the item is opened or used, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Conditions are subject to staff discretion)
Return Due to Our Error:
● If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.
● In this case, you will also have the option to receive a full refund.
Refunds and Store Credit:
● For eligible returns, we offer either store credit or an exchange for another product.
● Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of staff and/or if the return is due to an error on our part (as mentioned above)

Layby Purchases
Layby Purchases must be paid off with 8 weeks or purchase. In the event that layby purchases are not paid off within 8 weeks a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any additional payments beyond the 20% restocking fee will be refunded.
Warranty Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is returned under a warranty claim and is found to have no fault, the purchaser will be responsible for all associated costs, including inspection, handling, and return postage.
