DELIVERY
- Dispatch: Within 24 Hours Monday - Friday where product is in sock
- Free standard shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $1000, free express post shipping over $1500
- Bulky items such as tripods, air compressors and all firearms are excluded from free shipping.
- All firearms MUST be shipped to a registered firearms dealer.
- Projectiles / Brass to WA can only be shipped to a dealer
- Standard shipping time - 5-7 business days, Express 1-3 business days (as a guideline, we use Australia Post after all).
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. I was lucky enough to have Ben answer my call when I first rang about purchasing an NV scope. He is very knowledgeable (as I have found out later, all the staff I have had contact with are also) and directed me to the Alpex 4K lrf scope and the Z Vision illuminator.
I could not be happier with the image quality and the menu structure's ease of use.
I must not forget the first-class service and shipping provided by HTN.
Have found that you need to use a decent IR touch when using night mode. Unless it is a full moon an IR touch is needed.
But I am still impressed with scope overall.
This thing is the bom .
Got mine on a .22lr and I gotta say it’s almost cheating!!
Love everything about it really.
My only gripe would be because I’m using sub sonic ammo the record feature only works 2 out of 3 shots. I mean it works on recoil and there really isn’t any so I won’t be getting rid of it just for that reason.
