- Dispatch: Within 24 Hours Monday - Friday where product is in sock
- Free standard shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $1000, free express post shipping over $1500
- Bulky items such as tripods, air compressors and all firearms are excluded from free shipping.
- All firearms MUST be shipped to a registered firearms dealer.
- Projectiles / Brass to WA can only be shipped to a dealer
- Standard shipping time - 5-7 business days, Express 1-3 business days (as a guideline, we use Australia Post after all).
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This is my first thermal so I am still learning it. Things didn't start well as it wouldn't charge until I changed chargers to wit maybe a compatible charge should be included rather than just a cable. Tha absence of any meaningful instruction manual is frustrating as I only have a phone to try to read from. Other than those two gripes the unit looks like a good and well built thing.
Very happy with my purchase of the HIKMICRO Stellar SH35L 3.0 LRF. Beautifully constructed and ergonomically designed. The operating system and associated menus are user-friendly and logical. The performance is outstanding and the model is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
I have paired the hikmicro stellar Sh35l with my howa 308 and my cz452 22lr, using the Burris AR-PEPR QD 30mm rings to move between both rifles and I am happy with its performance, after setting up the ballistics calculator for both rifles i have been able to hit targets out to 235m with the 22lr and 350m with the 308. The image is good enough to identify targeted species rabbits, foxes, deer.
