The Leupold VX-6HD Gen 2 3-18x50 with the Illum. FireDot Duplex reticle is part of Leupold's VX-6HD Gen 2 range. The VX-6HD Gen 2 is Leupold's top hunting scope, with a 6:1 zoom, Leupold's Professional-Grade Optical System and the CDS-SZL2 SpeedSet dial, which lets you zero or swap custom dials without tools.
Being second focal plane, the reticle stays the same size as you zoom; any holds are calibrated at one magnification, so check the reticle sheet before using them.

Where it fits
There's enough magnification for longer shots on deer and goats in open country, varmints and range work, and it still turns down for closer shots.
Leupold riflescopes are designed, machined and assembled in the USA and backed by Leupold's lifetime guarantee. Not sure which model or reticle suits how you hunt? Ask us and we'll help you pick.
