Want a handheld that sweeps a paddock fast and, if you like, tells you how far out the animal is? That's the Pixfra Mile 3. There are four models. They share a Full HD OLED, 64 GB of storage, Wi-Fi and an IP67 magnesium body, so the choice comes down to sensor, lens and whether you want a laser rangefinder.

Which Pixfra Mile 3?

For scrub, fence lines and quick scanning, the Mile 3 M325 (384×288, 25 mm) gives a wide view. If your shots are further out, the Mile 3 M335 keeps the 384 sensor and moves to a 35 mm lens, rated to 1,800 m detection, with a narrower view as the trade-off. Want a sharper picture? The Mile 3 M625 runs a 640×512 sensor on a 25 mm lens for a 17.4° view, the widest in the range. And if you want the distance too, the Mile 3 M625 LRF adds a 1,000 m laser rangefinder to the same 640 sensor.

A wide lens covers more ground, a longer lens puts more detail on a far animal. Tell us how and where you hunt and we'll point you at the right one.
