The Nocpix ACE has earned its reputation with fox shooters. The ACE L35 is light and quick for closer country. The ACE H50R is the one most people end up with for open paddocks. Want the most detail? The ACE S60R runs a 1280 sensor. The ACE 2 versions are here too. Ask us which suits.

Why grab a monocular too

A scope is built for the shot, so a handheld does the looking. Vista or LUMI finds the animal, then the ACE comes up when you're ready to shoot. Our guide start with a spotter explains how a handheld and scope work together.

ACE range — L35 to H50R to S60R

35 mm (L35): for fence lines, scrub and mixed paddocks inside 150 m, the ACE L35.

50 mm (H50R / H50): for open country and foxes past 150 m, the ACE H50R is the popular pick. The ACE H50 skips the rangefinder if you range another way.

60-class / 1280 (S60R): if you already shoot a long way out and want the most detail, the ACE S60R. The 1280 sensor gives a sharper picture, but it won't fix a lens that's too small.

The ACE 2 versions (S60R, H50R and H35R) come in the same lens sizes. Pick the lens for how far you shoot, then decide if you want the newer body.

Nocpix ACE Australia — FAQ

Why buy a monocular before an ACE?

It's safer and quicker. You find and identify the animal with the handheld, then bring the rifle up only when you're ready to shoot.

L35, H50R or S60R?

It comes down to how far you shoot. Inside about 150 m, the L35. For foxes in open country, the H50R. Go the S60R if you already shoot a long way out and want the 1280 picture.
