Whether you're headed out for a sun-soaked, friend-filled bike trip or want to be well-stocked for a post-ride party, our ChillBak™ Cube 18 keeps you fully hydrated and full of fun. Our innovative soft cooler keeps your drinks cold, close, and ready to go. With its roll-top closure, you can stay easily organised, and your dry items stay safely separated from ice and drinks with the trap door.
The 3L Fusion™ reservoir stows conveniently behind zippered back panel leaving more room for drinks and food, even when full. While the hose with spigot can be accessed easily from the exterior of the pack, making group hydration—and fun—quicker and easier. ChillBak™ is there with long-lasting hydration for the ultimate adventures.
Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
- Dispatch: Within 24 Hours Monday - Friday where product is in sock
- Free standard shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $1000, free express post shipping over $1500
- Bulky items such as tripods, air compressors and all firearms are excluded from free shipping.
- All firearms MUST be shipped to a registered firearms dealer.
- Projectiles / Brass to WA can only be shipped to a dealer
- Standard shipping time - 5-7 business days, Express 1-3 business days (as a guideline, we use Australia Post after all).
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
