The collapsible Cool Grip X-Mug was built to keep your hands cool when drinking hot liquids. This is made possible by the specially-designed Cool Grip fins that reduce surface temperatures and heat transfer, allowing you to hold your hot tea and coffee firmly without burning your fingers. In addition, the rigid ring keeps the rim of this generously-sized 16 oz /480 ml mug stable. Made from BPA-free, food grade and heat resistant silicone, it’s easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

DELIVERY

Free standard shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $1000, free express post shipping over $1500
Bulky items such as tripods, air compressors and all firearms are excluded from free shipping.
All firearms MUST be shipped to a registered firearms dealer.
Projectiles / Brass to WA can only be shipped to a dealer
Standard shipping time - 5-7 business days, Express 1-3 business days (as a guideline, we use Australia Post after all).

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
