Blending two of our most crucial designs – the 3-ZIP and OVERLOAD® features – the redesigned TERRAFRAME 50 3-ZIP is for mountain zealots who need the option of going light or going big. We’ve offered the OVERLOAD® feature in hunting and military packs for years, yet backcountry climbers, fisherman, guides, and others have been asking for a mountain-inspired version of this versatile, load-taming design. Featuring rigid, carbon fiber frame stays, the suspension allows an ideal amount of torsional flex while providing ample support for loads up to 150 lbs. This functional expandability, the OVERLOAD®, is your secret weapon when carrying awkward, excessive loads.
Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
- Dispatch: Within 24 Hours Monday - Friday where product is in sock
- Free standard shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $1000, free express post shipping over $1500
- Bulky items such as tripods, air compressors and all firearms are excluded from free shipping.
- All firearms MUST be shipped to a registered firearms dealer.
- Projectiles / Brass to WA can only be shipped to a dealer
- Standard shipping time - 5-7 business days, Express 1-3 business days (as a guideline, we use Australia Post after all).
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
