Product Description
The DJI Matrice 4T can serve various industries, from emergency response and public safety to energy management. The infrared thermal camera supports High-Res Mode up to 640x512 pixels, the NIR auxiliary light illuminates distances up to 100 meters. It also has a 24mm wide-angle lens and IR-Cut Filter for clear visuals day and night. DJI now also provides the necessary model training tools and third-party developer certification process to access onboard computing capability, helping expand new drone AI application fields.

The Matrice 4E wide-angle camera supports rapid 0.5-second interval shooting in both orthophoto and oblique photography modes, enabling high-speed aerial surveying from multiple angles. Additionally, the mapping flight speed can reach up to 21 meters per second, significantly enhancing work efficiency.

DELIVERY
- Dispatch: Within 24 Hours Monday - Friday where product is in sock
- Free standard shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of $1000, free express post shipping over $1500
- Bulky items such as tripods, air compressors and all firearms are excluded from free shipping.
- All firearms MUST be shipped to a registered firearms dealer.
- Projectiles / Brass to WA can only be shipped to a dealer
- Standard shipping time - 5-7 business days, Express 1-3 business days (as a guideline, we use Australia Post after all).
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
