h-n-slug-hp-ii-25-36gr-air-slug-249
H&N Slug HP II .25 36gr Air Slug - .249

The H&N Slug HP II in .25 calibre with a .249 head size is a 36 grain hollow-point airgun slug. Its bullet shape sets it apart from conventional pellets: it is designed for powerful PCP rifles that can shoot such projectiles precisely at 50, 100 or even 200 metres. An extremely favourable ballistic coefficient (BC) gives a flat trajectory and excellent energy retention, and the improved "T-Slot" hollow point with an enlarged meplat delivers strong expansion and energy transfer on impact.

H&N offers the Slug HP II in two head sizes (.249 and .2505) to suit different barrel profiles and power levels. This listing is the .249 version. Muzzle energy should be at least 40 joules, with 60 to 90 joules recommended for best results (depending on rifle and slug weight). Every slug is lubricated, visually inspected, hand packed and secured for transport with foam pads.

Specifications:

Calibre: .25 cal.
